Updated: Jan 26, 2023

How about the best-tasting Black Bean Mushroom Quinoa Burger

My daughter is determined to be health conscious with her eating habits. This is all new for me but, this burger right here is the best-tasting Vegetarian burger I ever created. It's all about flavor. This recipe can be multiple things, a cheeseburger topped with vegan cheese sauce, meatloaf with soy sauce mushroom gravy, or meatball sub all in the same recipe. Allow your tastebuds to explode

This burger is healthy for you, the quinoa and black beans helps with cholesterol and blood sugar levels, lowering your risk of diabetes and heart disease. Quinoa and Portobello mushrooms are also rich in antioxidants. Mushrooms are natural anti-inflammatories and provides fiber. Good nutrients all away around.

Did You Know! The black bean burger may have been created in London in 1982 by Gregory Sams, it was called the VegeBurger. It was one of the most successful health food products ever launched. Sams came up with the trademark name from a list of names including greenburger, sesame burger, plantburger, earthburger, and others. Vege and Veggie soon became the prefix for all things vegetarian.
