2 Yellow Spaghetti Squash

1 lb Impossible beef

1 Tbsp fresh oregano

1 Tbsp fresh basil

2 Tbsp butter

1 medium onion

1 tsp soy sauce

1 can diced roasted garlic & herb tomatoes

1 can tomato paste

1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

2 bay leaves

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
