Ingredients Beef and Turkey Meatloaf


1 lb ground turkey

1 lb ground beef

1 yellow onion

1/2 cup beef broth

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

2 tsp parsley

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 eggs

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1/4 cup bread crumbs



Let's Cook!



  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.

  • In a mixing bowl add your protein ground beef, ground turkey, or a combination of both.

  • Sprinkle in the parsley, salt, black pepper, oregano, eggs and evaporated milk.

  • Finely chop a medium onion. Sautée in butter, salt , and black pepper until the are tender and translucent.



  • Add in your bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce into the mixing bowl. Blend all the ingredients well.

  • Once the onions are cool, fold them into the beef and turkey mixture and set it to the side. Create the meatloaf and place in a loaf pan with 1/2 cup beef broth.

  • *Optional - Make a crease down the middle of the meatloaf. Add your favorite BBQ sauce or red sauce. ( Ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and dijon mustard.)

  • Cover with aluminum foil to keep the meat moist and juicy.

    Bake in the oven for 30 minutes remove the foil and continue to bake another 15-20 minutes.

Quick Gravy

  • Over medium heat, add to a saucepan the drippings from the beef broth added to the loaf pan and meatloaf. Bring it to a boil.

  • In a separate cup add flour, soy sauce, and water to make a paste to thicken the drippings to create the gravy.

  • This gravy should not need any salt because of the broth and soy sauce. Add pepper to taste.
