Updated: Jan 24, 2023

What a way to get a party started right. Creamy Spinach dip can be served in so many different ways. Artichokes or bacon added to this dish can take the flavors to the roof. You can serve this with nachos, baguettes, bread bowls, or your favorite cracker. This recipe is just the base to being the life of the party with hot creamy spinach dip.

I love cheesy dips, especially crab dip, cheesy sausage dip, and sardine dip, which are just a few dips that come to mind. This dip right here just takes minutes to fix and will be the hit at any party.

Spinach- Fresh or frozen can be used in this recipe. I used frozen.

Sour cream- for a little tart taste

Three cheese blend- Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese

Seasonings- garlic powder, salt, and black pepper is there to enhance the cheese flavor

Parsley final touch to the dish.

Let's Cook!

  • Spinach- Fresh or frozen can be used in this recipe. I used frozen. Make sure all of the water is removed from the spinach. Fresh is always best, but frozen is just as good.

  • Onions- in a pan with butter, salt, pepper, and finely chopped onions.

  • Sour cream- provides a little tart taste to the finish spinach dip

  • Three cheese blends- Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese give the dip a creamy and nutty flavor

  • Seasonings- garlic powder, salt, and black pepper is there to enhance the cheese flavor

  • Parsley Bake dip to perfection until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted bubbling, with a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with parsley and serve.

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F and spray your casserole dish with cooking spray. Set that to the side.

  • Thaw out the frozen spinach and squeeze out any excess water. (If using fresh spinach, cook with a little butter, salt, and pepper, cook down until it is wilted. Allow to cool, remove the excess water, and chop up the spinach

  • Add the sour cream and soften cream cheese to the casserole. Continue with the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.

  • Blend the ingredients well in the casserole dish. Add the remaining cheese.

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with parsley
