Building Pulled Pork Nachos
When you build your pulled pork nachos, always start with a good base of nachos, you can make your own homemade tortilla or a bag of store bought works too, next a layer of cheese so the nachos doesn't get soggy from the pulled pork juices. Pile on another layer of nachos, cheese, and pulled pork. If you like your cheese melted, into the oven it goes to melt down the cheese or you can make your own cheese sauce. Top with Pico de Gallo, chopped tomatoes, Cilantro, jalapeno peppers, black olives, guacamole, and sour cream. I usually do not melt my cheese, I like to sprinkle throughout and the only ingredient warm is the pulled pork.
